Upload media and agreement files with drag and drop

Use drag and drop to upload presentation media, agreement documents, and Gallery attachments in the Business Portal.

When to use this feature

Use drag and drop when you want to upload:

• Images or videos in a Presentation Section
• A supplementary agreement in Proposal Mode
• An agreement document in the Agreement Editor
• Files in the Gallery

Step-by-step instructions

1. In the Business Portal, go to Workspaces and open the Document you want to edit.

1. Open the relevant area:

• Presentation Section for images or videos
• Agreement Section for agreement files
• Gallery for attachments

1. Drag your file onto the upload area, or click the upload link:

• In Proposal Mode: "Drag & drop to upload supplementary agreement" or "Browse file"
• In the Agreement Editor: "Drag & drop to upload agreement" or "Browse file"
• In Gallery: "Drag & drop to add media" or "Browse media"

1. Wait while the upload finishes. A loading indicator appears during upload. 

Notes & limitations

• Presentation media supports images and videos.
• Image uploads are limited to 4 MB.
• Video uploads are limited to 20 MB.
• The Agreement Section upload text changes depending on whether you are in Proposal Mode or the Agreement Editor.
• Agreement uploads can also be added by dragging and dropping the file into the upload area.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I upload my image?

A: Make sure the image is 4 MB or smaller.

Q: Why can’t I upload my video?

A: Make sure the video is 20 MB or smaller.

Q: I don’t see the drag-and-drop area. What should I check?

A: Confirm you are in a supported area: Presentation Section, Agreement Section, or Gallery.
