Create an Itinerary slide in a Presentation

Use an Itinerary slide to present a timeline, schedule, trip plan, event plan, or project sequence inside a Presentation.

When to use this feature

Use an Itinerary slide when you need to show:

• Daily plans
• Project phases
• Event schedules
• Travel itineraries
• Step-by-step timelines

Step-by-step instructions

1. In the Business Portal, open Workspaces and select the Document you want to edit.

1. Open the "Presentation" section.

1. Select "Add slide" and choose "Itinerary".

1. Enter the slide title.

1. Choose a value in "Counter *", then select a "Starting date".

1. Under "Itinerary plan", select "Add item".

1. Fill in the item details:

• Counter
• Date
• Subtitle
• Description
• Optional image
• Optional link using "Click to add link"

1. To add a link, select "Click to add link", then enter "Text to display" and "Link".

1. To add more itinerary entries, select "Add item" again.

1. To reset counter and date values, select the refresh icon. When asked "Are you sure you want to reset the counter and date values?", select "Yes" to reset or "No" to cancel.

1. To delete an item, select the delete icon. When asked "Are you sure you want to delete this item?", select "Yes" to delete or "No" to cancel.

Notes & limitations

• An Itinerary slide opens with no items added by default.
• You can add up to 50 itinerary items.
• Images are optional and can be up to 5 MB.
• Links are optional and open in a new tab for recipients.
• Dates can include past due dates.
• On mobile, the counter and subtitle are shown together, with the date displayed below.
• In printable view, the itinerary attempts to fit on one page. If needed, it scales down, or splits across multiple pages.
• Autoplay follows the same logic and speed settings as the Vertical Carousel Slide Type.

Field limits:

• Title: 50 characters
• Subtitle: 100 characters
• Description: 2000 characters
• Link name/Text to display: 75 characters
• Link: 2000 characters
• Counter: 20 characters
• Date: 50 characters

Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I add more itinerary items?

A: An Itinerary slide supports up to 50 items.

Q: Why did my counter or dates change?

A: If you select the refresh icon and confirm "Yes", the counter and date values reset based on the item order.

Q: Can I use a custom counter?

A: Yes. Choose "Custom" in "Counter *" and enter your custom text.

Q: Can I remove counters?

A: Yes. Choose "None" in "Counter *".

Q: Can I add a link without an image?

A: Yes. Image and link fields are optional.
