Use the "Gallery" slide type to showcase images, logos, and videos in a visual layout inside a Presentation.
When to use this feature
Use a "Gallery" slide when you want to show:
- Project photos or mockups
- Partner or client logos
- Visual examples without text descriptions, titles, or pricing
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to Workspaces and open the Document.
- Select "Presentation" from the right-side menu.
- Click "+Add" and select "Gallery".

- Choose a "Display type":
- "Image Gallery" for a responsive grid layout.
- "Logo tiles" for a tighter, uniform logo layout.

- Click "+ Add item" and upload your images or videos.
- Drag items to reorder them.
- Click "View slide" to preview the slide.
Notes & limitations
- "Image Gallery" is the default display type.
- A Gallery slide supports images up to 4 MB.
- A Gallery slide supports videos up to 20 MB.
- You can add up to 12 images per slide.
- Gallery slides do not support text descriptions, titles, or pricing.
- You can switch the "Display type" after uploading items.
- A Gallery slide needs at least one uploaded item.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why can’t I finish creating the Gallery slide?
A: Make sure at least one item has been uploaded.
Q: Why can’t I add text or pricing to this slide?
A: The "Gallery" slide type supports visual content only. It does not support text descriptions, titles, or pricing.
Q: Why does my image look cropped?
A: Images are automatically cropped or fitted based on the selected "Display type".
