Notes & limitations
- You can add up to 10 volume pricing ranges.
- Quantity and price values must be 0 or positive.
- Ranges cannot overlap.
- "To quantity" must be greater than or equal to "From quantity".
- You can leave the first "From quantity" or the last "To quantity" open-ended.
- You can delete all ranges to reset the Line Item to flat pricing.
- If a quantity is outside a defined range, Proposaly uses the nearest previous valid range price.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why can’t I save the volume pricing ranges?
A: Check that the ranges do not overlap and that each "To quantity" is greater than or equal to its "From quantity". If ranges overlap, Proposaly shows "Price ranges are overlapping".
Q: What does "Incorrect JSON format" mean?
A: The volume pricing value added through JSON or bulk import is not valid. Fix the JSON format and try again.
