AI reply suggestions help you respond faster to client Messages and Team Comments while keeping you in control of what gets sent.

Use AI reply suggestions when you want to:

In the Business Portal, go to Workspaces → Select any document and open the Document.
Open the Activity feed and select the incoming Message or Team Comment you want to answer. If a suggestion is available, the "Respond to recipient" panel shows a "Suggested reply" card.

Review the suggested reply.
Select "Use this" to send the suggested reply as written.
Select "Edit" to place the draft in the "Message" field. Make changes, then select "Send".
Select "Suggest another" to review more options in "Select a reply". Choose "Use this" to send an option, or "Edit" to change it first.

Select "Dismiss" to hide the suggestion for that message. You can still type your own reply in "Message" and select "Send".

Suggested replies appear only when Proposaly has generated a suggestion for the message.
Suggestions are based on known Document and Proposal details only.
Review each suggestion before sending.
"Dismiss" hides the suggestion for that message, but does not stop you from replying manually.
The composer shows a "0/300" counter.

Q: I do not see a "Suggested reply" card.

A: A suggestion is not available for that message. Type your reply in "Message" and select "Send".

Q: The suggested reply is not what I want to send.

A: Select "Edit" to change it, select "Suggest another" to review more options, or write your own reply.

Q: I dismissed the suggestion. Can I still reply?

A: Yes. Type your reply in "Message" and select "Send".

Q: What happens if I select "Use this"?

A: The suggested reply is sent as written.
