View AI usage in Logs

Use "AI usage" to monitor AI token usage, cost, calls, and trends across Proposaly from the Admin Logs area.

When to use this feature

Use this dashboard when you need to:

Track total AI tokens and cost.

Compare AI usage by company, category, or model.

Review daily cost trends.

Export raw AI usage records as a CSV.

Step-by-step instructions

In the Business Portal, go to "Menu" → "Admin" → "Logs".

In the "Logs" sidebar, select "AI usage". The dashboard opens.

Use the filters to adjust the dashboard:

"Period"

"Company"

"Category"

"Model"

Open "Period" and use "Show benchmark" to show or hide comparison percentages and the previous average line.

Review the metric tiles:

"Total tokens"

"Cost"

"AI calls"

"Avg tokens per call"

Review the charts:

"Cost by model"

"Cost by category"

"Top companies by cost"

"Daily cost trend"

Click "Download CSV" to export the filtered raw AI usage records.

Notes & limitations

"AI usage" is available to SuperAdmin users only.

The dashboard is visual only. There is no table view.

There is no Analyze dropdown for "AI usage".

"Top companies by cost" is hidden when a specific company is selected.

"Download CSV" exports raw filtered records, not chart summaries.

Costs are shown in USD.

Troubleshooting

Q: I do not see "AI usage" in "Logs".

A: This area is only available to SuperAdmin users.

Q: I do not see percentage changes on the metric tiles.

A: Open "Period" and turn on "Show benchmark".

Q: I do not see "Top companies by cost".

A: Set "Company" to "All companies".

Q: My CSV totals do not match a chart row exactly.

A: The CSV contains raw records. Charts show aggregated dashboard data.

Q: I cannot find an Analyze option.

A: "AI usage" does not include an Analyze dropdown.
