Notes & limitations
- Model pricing is platform-wide and is not configured per Company.
- Supported providers are "Anthropic", "OpenAI", and "Google".
- Pricing supports "LLM", "Image", and "Video" model types.
- Pricing changes affect future AI cost tracking only.
- Previous pricing is kept in the change history.
- If a model has no pricing configured, "No pricing set" appears.
- Missing pricing does not block AI actions. Costs are recorded as null until pricing is set.
- Previous AI usage records keep the pricing snapshot used at the time.
Troubleshooting
Q: I cannot find "Model pricing".
A: Make sure you are using "Menu" → "Admin" → "Model pricing". If it is not visible, your access may not include this Admin area.
Q: Why does a model show "No pricing set"?
A: That model does not have pricing configured. AI actions can still use the model, but cost tracking is recorded as null until pricing is added.
Q: Why is "Pricing pending" greater than 0?
A: At least one model does not have complete pricing configured.
Q: Why did old usage records not change after I updated pricing?
A: Pricing updates affect future AI actions. Existing usage records keep their original pricing snapshot.
Q: Why is the total cost null for a compound AI action?
A: If any sub-call cost is null, the total cost is also null.
