Short summary
Use Billing Overview in the Business Portal to review your current plan, payment method, billing details, and recent invoices in one place.
When to use this feature
Use Billing Overview when you need to:
- check your current plan
- update billing details
- update your payment method
- review recent invoices
- pay an unpaid invoice
- contact support about billing
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to Billing → Overview.

- Review the summary cards:
- "Current plan"
- "Credit usage this month"
- "Total paid last month"
- To change your plan, click "Change plan". You are taken to the Plans page.
- To update billing details, click "Manage billing info" or "Edit details".
- Enter or update these billing details:
- Company / Organization Name
- Address
- Country
- City
- ZIP / Postal Code
- Accounting Contact Name
- Accounting Email
- Send invoices to another email
- Accounting Phone
- Save your changes. The updated details apply to future invoices.
- To update your payment method, click "Manage payment method" or "Update card".
- Complete the Stripe checkout flow in the modal dialog. When the update is completed, return to Billing → Overview.
- To review recent invoices, use the "Recent invoices" card. You can:
- click "Download PDF"
- click "Pay now" for an unpaid invoice
- click "View all" to open Billing → Invoices
- To get help with billing, click "Contact us". It opens the support request page in a new browser tab.
Notes & limitations
- Billing Overview is available from Billing → Overview.
- Billing details are used on invoices.
- Changes to billing details apply only to future invoices.
- If billing details are empty, the company details are used instead.
- If there is no payment method, Billing Overview prompts you to add a card before renewal.
- If there are no invoices yet, Billing Overview shows a placeholder with a link to Plans.
- A payment issue can appear as an inline alert on the page.
- Prices show decimal values.
- Refunded amounts can appear as negative values in "Total paid last month".
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I find a payment option for an invoice?
If the invoice is not unpaid, "Pay now" is not shown.
Why don’t I see any invoices?
If your account has no invoices yet, you will see a placeholder with a link to Plans.
Why do my invoice details still show old information?
Changes to billing details apply to future invoices only.
What happens if my payment fails?
Billing Overview can show an inline payment alert and prompt you to retry or update your card.
Where does "Contact us" open?
It opens the support request page in a new browser tab.
