Manage billing from Billing Overview

Billing Overview is where you can review your plan, payment method, billing details, and recent invoices in one place. From here, you can also change your plan, pay an invoice, or update your card.

What You Can Do

Use Billing → Overview to:

• check your current plan
• update billing details
• update your payment method
• review recent invoices
• pay an unpaid invoice
• contact support about billing

Open Billing Overview

1. In the Business Portal, go to Billing → Overview.
2. Review the summary cards at the top of the page.
3. Use the action buttons to manage your subscription or billing info.

Manage Your Billing

Change Your Plan

1. Click Change plan.
2. You’ll be taken to the Plans page.
3. Select the plan you want and continue through checkout.

Update Billing Details

1. Click Manage billing info or Edit details.
2. Enter or update your billing details.
3. Save your changes.

Billing details include:

• Company / Organization Name
• Address
• Country
• City
• ZIP / Postal Code
• Accounting Contact Name
• Accounting Email
• Send invoices to another email
• Accounting Phone

Changes apply to future invoices only. If these fields are empty, Proposaly uses your company details instead.

Update Your Payment Method

1. Click Manage payment method or Update card.
2. Complete the Stripe flow in the modal dialog.
3. Return to Billing → Overview when the update is finished.

Review Invoices and Statuses

The Recent invoices card shows your last 3 invoices.

You can:

• click Download PDF
• click Pay now for an unpaid invoice
• click View all to open Billing → Invoices

If you have no invoices yet, you’ll see a friendly placeholder with a link to Plans.

Common questions

Why don’t I see a payment option for an invoice?

If the invoice isn’t unpaid, Pay now won’t be shown.

Why do my invoice details still show old information?

Billing detail changes apply only to future invoices.

What happens if my payment fails?

You may see an inline alert on the page with a prompt to retry or update your card.

Where does Contact us open?

It opens the support request page in a new browser tab.
