Short summary
Your Company plan controls how many Workspaces and Team Members you can have, and which features are available. When you reach a limit or click a locked feature, Proposaly shows a dialog with next steps.
When to use this feature
Use this article when:
- you cannot create another Workspace
- you cannot add another Team Member
- a visible feature is disabled
- you want to review or change your current plan
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to Billing → Plan.
- Review your current plan details and included items.

- To change your plan, click "Change plan".
- In "Select a new plan", choose the plan you want to review.

- If you try to create a Workspace or add a Team Member after reaching your plan limit, a dialog appears with available actions:
- If you are the Owner, you can use "Upgrade plan" or "Review plans".
- If you are a regular user, you can use "Notify account owner" or "Review plans".
- If you click a disabled feature that is not included in your plan, a dialog explains that the feature is available on higher plans.
Notes & limitations
- Plan checks apply when creating a Workspace.
- Plan checks apply when adding a Team Member.
- Plan checks also apply to actions triggered through API or third-party integrations.
- Features that are not included in your plan stay visible but appear disabled.
- Disabled features can still be clicked to open the limitation dialog.
- Enterprise includes 50 Team Members and 50 dedicated workspaces.
- The exact limits for Solo, Teams, and Business are shown in the plan selection screen.
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I create another Workspace?
You may have reached your plan limit. Open Billing → Plan and review your current plan.
Why can’t I add another Team Member?
You may have reached your plan limit for Team Members. Open Billing → Plan and review your current plan.
Why is a feature visible but disabled?
The feature is visible so you can see what is available on higher plans. Click it to view the upgrade dialog.
What happens when I click "Notify account owner"?
An email is sent to the account owner and a success message is shown
What does "Review plans" do?
It opens the pricing page on the marketing website in a new tab.
What does "Upgrade plan" do?
It opens the plan page in the app.
