Create a Company account from an invitation

Use an invitation link to create a Proposaly Company account and set up the first admin user.

When to use this feature

Use this feature when:

• You received an invitation to open a new Company account.
• You need to invite another person to create a new Company.

Step-by-step instructions

Invite a Company

1. In the Business Portal, open the Switch Company dialog from {{missing_data}}.
2. Click "Invite company".
3. Enter "First Name" and "Email".
4. Click "Invite". Proposaly sends an invitation email.

Create your account from an invitation

1. Open the invitation link from your email.
2. On the "Welcome!" page, complete the account form.

1. Review the pre-filled "Email address". This field cannot be edited.
2. Enter your phone number, password, and confirm password.
3. Click "Create account".
4. Complete phone 2FA. After verification, Proposaly opens the new Company and starts the onboarding process.

Notes & limitations

• Signup is invitation-only.
• The invitation link is valid for 7 days.
• "Email address" is pre-filled and cannot be edited.
• Phone 2FA is required before the new Company opens.
• "Website" is optional.

Troubleshooting

Q: My invitation expired. What should I do?

A: If the invitation expires, Proposaly shows "Your invitation has expired. ". A new invitation is required.

Q: Can I change the email address on the signup page?

A: No. "Email address" is pre-filled from the invitation and cannot be edited.

Q: I already have an account. What should I click?

A: Click "login" from "Already have an account? login".
