Use this feature when you need to:
Review a company’s current plan details.
Check when a plan was updated and by whom.
Filter plan versions.
Edit a company plan and save an auditable version.
Step-by-step instructions
In the Business Portal, go to Menu → Admin → Plans.

On "Manage plans", choose a company from "Company".
Use "Filter" to choose which versions appear:
"All versions"
"Company versions only"
"System versions only"
Review "Version history" on the left and "Current plan" on the right.

Click "Edit".
In "Confirm new plan", update the plan fields, then click "Save".
Review the highlighted unsaved changes.
Click "Confirm & Save" to apply the changes, or "Back to Edit" to continue editing. After saving, the current plan and "Version history" update.

Notes & limitations
The latest plan opens each time you open "Plans".
"Current plan" is read-only until you click "Edit".
"Version history" is sorted from most recent to oldest.
The version list scrolls when there are more entries than fit on the page.
Current-year version dates do not show the year.
Max values are not shown.
Unsaved changes are highlighted before you confirm the save.
Changing the selected "Plan" may update fields to that plan’s default values before you edit them further.
Troubleshooting
Q: I cannot see "Plans" under "Admin".
A: Your access requirement is Admin and above.
Q: I clicked "Save", but the plan was not saved yet.
A: "Save" opens the confirmation step. Click "Confirm & Save" to apply the changes.
Q: How do I return to editing after reviewing changes?
A: Click "Back to Edit".
Q: How do I cancel changes before saving?
A: Click "Cancel" in the edit dialog.
Q: What message confirms the plan was saved?
A: Plan updated successful!
