Complete onboarding before using the Business Portal – Proposaly Help Center

You need to finish onboarding before you can navigate freely or create new items in Proposaly. If onboarding is incomplete, Proposaly reopens the onboarding dialog or sends you back to your default Workspace.

What happens when onboarding is incomplete

If you try to keep using the app before onboarding is done, Proposaly will block the action.

Navigation can send you back to your default Workspace.
The onboarding dialog can reopen automatically.
Creation actions can be blocked.
Repeated bypass attempts can log you out.

Finish onboarding

Open your default Workspace in the Business Portal.
When Confirm your plan appears, review the plan details.
Select Confirm to continue, or Change plan to choose a different plan.
Complete the remaining steps in the dialog:

Business Details
Payment
First documents
All set!

After onboarding is complete, use the app normally.

What is blocked until onboarding is complete

You cannot:

Create a Document
Create a Workspace
Create a Team Member
Create an AI Agent
Switch Workspaces freely
Navigate outside the onboarding flow when it is still required

If you try to access admin content without the right access, you are sent back to your default Workspace.

If you keep getting redirected or logged out

If Proposaly keeps reopening onboarding or redirects you to your default Workspace, onboarding is still not finished. Finish all required steps first.

If repeated bypass attempts log you out and block login, contact an admin to reactivate the account.
