Short summary
Customize notification preferences for a specific Workspace in the Business Portal. You can also restore default settings or apply one Workspace’s settings across all eligible Workspaces.
When to use this feature
Use this feature when you want to:
- get different notifications for different Workspaces
- keep one Workspace on custom settings
- copy one Workspace’s settings to all your Workspaces
- return a Workspace to default notification settings
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, open Workspaces and select the Workspace you want to manage.
- Open the "Notifications" settings from Notification icon on the right corner.

- In the dialog, select a Workspace from the Workspace dropdown if needed.

- For each available event, choose the notification method shown in the dropdown.
- Click "Save" to update the settings for that Workspace.
- If "Restore default" is available, click it to remove the custom Workspace settings. Confirm with "Restore".
- If "Apply to all workspaces" is available, click it to copy the current Workspace settings to all eligible Workspaces. Confirm with "Apply to all".

Notes & limitations
- The Workspace dropdown shows only Workspaces where you are the owner of at least one Document.
- Unsupported notification events are hidden from the dialog.
- "Restore default" and "Apply to all workspaces" appear only when that Workspace already has custom notification settings.
- "Restore default" removes the Workspace-specific custom settings.
- "Apply to all workspaces" applies the current settings only to eligible Workspaces.
- If you do not have any eligible Workspaces, the notification option is hidden.
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see the notification option?
You only see it if you are the owner of at least one Document in at least one Workspace.
Why don’t I see some notification events?
Only events supported for the selected document type are shown.
Why don’t I see "Restore default" or "Apply to all workspaces"?
These buttons appear only when the selected Workspace already has custom notification settings.
