Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Selecting a Recipient Type (When Creating a New Proposal)
Click Create proposal in Proposaly.

In the Client section, choose a Recipient Type:
Individual – For proposals intended for a single person.
Business – For company-wide proposals or when sending to multiple recipients.
Proceed with proposal setup as usual.
Step 1: Adding Recipients (For an Existing Proposal)
Open the proposal where you want to add recipients.
Navigate to the Recipients section and click the “+” (Add Recipient) button.

In the Add Recipient pop-up, fill in the required details:
First Name (Required)
Last Name (Required)
Email Address (Required)
Phone Number (Optional)

Access Level – Choose between:
Viewer: Can view the proposal only.
Editor: Can view and sign the proposal.
Click Save to add the recipient.
Repeat the process to add multiple recipients, if needed.
Step 2: Adding an Address
- Click the Address button (+ icon).
- In the Add Address pop-up window, fill in the required details:
- Street Address
- Apartment/Suite/Unit (Optional)
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- ZIP Code
- Click Save to confirm.
Step 3: Finalizing and Continuing
- Review the recipient details.
- Click Continue to proceed with the proposal setup.

- I can't add a recipient: Ensure all required fields (Name, Email) are filled in.
