Toggle Stage counts on proposal boards

On proposal boards, you can click the Stage count tag to switch between the number of Proposals and the total Proposal sum for each Stage.

When to use this feature

Use this when you want to review your Proposal pipeline by:

• Proposal count per Stage
• Total Proposal sum per Stage

Step-by-step instructions

1. In the Business Portal, go to Workspaces

1. Find the Stage count tag at the top of any Stage.

1. Click the Stage count tag to switch from Proposal count to total Proposal sum.

1. Click the Stage count tag again to switch back to Proposal count.

Notes & limitations

• This feature is available only on proposal boards.
• The toggle affects all Stages on the board.
• Your selected view is saved per user and per board.
• The default view is Proposal count.
• Total Proposal sums are shown without decimal places.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why do I still see Proposal counts when I return to the board?

A: Proposal count is the default view. Click the Stage count tag to switch to total Proposal sum.

Q: Why does this not appear on another board type?

A: This feature is available only on proposal boards.

Q: Does the toggle change only one Stage?

A: No. The selected view applies to all Stages on the board.
