Troubleshooting
Q: Why can the recipient choose only one option?
A: The Offer Group is set to "Offers (single choice)". Change it to "Add-ons (multiple choice)" if recipients should be able to choose multiple Add-ons.
Q: Why can’t I switch from multiple choice to single choice?
A: The switch is blocked if recipients have added more than one Add-on.
Q: Why can’t the selected Offer be changed?
A: Once payment is made for the selected Add-on or Offer, even partly, the selection is locked.
Q: What changes for recipients in single choice mode?
A: The Client Portal shows the page title "Choose Your Offer", and the action button changes from "+ Add" to "+ Select".
