Short summary
Agreement signatures update automatically as recipients and company authorized signatories complete their signature protocols. The Agreement view refreshes when a new saved version is available.
When to use this feature
Use this when you want to:
- Check whether an Agreement is still pending or signed.
- See which authorized signatories have completed signing.
- Understand why an Agreement shows a draft watermark or final signatures.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to Workspaces and open the Document.
- Select "Agreement" in the Document sidebar.
- Review "Company's authorized signatories" and "Recipient's authorized signatories".

- Check each recipient status:
- "Pending" means the signature is not completed.
- "Signed" means the signature is completed.
- Review the Agreement display:
- Before full execution, the Agreement shows recipient signatures only with a draft watermark.
- After full execution, the Agreement shows all signatures.
- Select "Audit trail" to review Agreement events.
Notes & limitations
- The signature section appears even when no recipient has signed yet.
- If no recipient signatures exist, the section shows only "Client signature(s)".
- If no saved version exists, the Agreement shows a real-time snapshot instead of a saved version.
- In that case, the footer shows only the Document ID, for example "Document-ID-12345".
- "Debug" is available only to system admins.
