Short summary
Use "Add existing recipient" to add recipients already saved in Proposaly. You can filter the list by the current Client or search across all Clients in the Company.
When to use this feature
Use this when you want to add an existing Recipient to a Document without creating a new Recipient.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, open a document -> On Client section -> click ‘Recipients’.
- Open "Add existing recipient".
- Choose where to search:
- "Current client" shows recipients for the current Client.
- "All clients" shows recipients across the Company.

- Use "Search name, email, or phone..." to find a Recipient.
- Select the Recipient you want to add.
- Click "Add recipients".
Notes & limitations
- "Current client" is selected by default.
- If no recipients match the selected filter or search, the list area is empty.
- Recipients already added do not appear in the available list.
Troubleshooting
Q: I do not see any recipients in the dialog.
A: Try switching between "Current client" and "All clients", or search by name, email, or phone.
Q: The list is still empty.
A: There are no matching recipients available, or all matching recipients have already been added.
