Short summary
The Lead dialog has a distinct layout for managing Lead details. You can also filter the Activity feed in Lead and Document dialogs.
When to use this feature
Use the Lead dialog to:
- Review or edit Lead client details.
- Manage recipients and access.
- Open the Activity feed.
- Create a Proposal from a Lead.
- Add comments, copy, archive, or delete a Lead.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to {{missing_data}} and open the Lead dialog.
- Use the right sidebar to switch between sections such as "Client", "Activity feed", "AI Chatbot", "People & access", "Labels", and "About".
- Select "Activity feed" to view activity for the Lead or Document.
- Hover over the filter icon to see the "Filters" tooltip.
- Click the filter icon to open the filter dialog.
- Click a filter button to select it. Click it again to unselect it.
- If a filter is applied, a red dot appears on the filter icon.

Notes & limitations
- The Lead dialog is visually different from standard Document dialogs.
- The "Active" status tag is not shown in the Lead dialog. The header shows "Lead" instead.
- Activity feed filters are saved per Document, per Team Member, and per session.
- Communication items include comments and messages.
- The Activity feed design applies to both Lead and Document dialogs.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why do I see a red dot on the filter icon?
A: A filter is currently applied.
Q: Why is the "Active" status tag missing?
A: The Lead dialog uses the text title "Lead" instead.
Q: Why are my Activity feed filters still selected?
A: Filter selections are saved per Document, per Team Member, and per session.
