Short summary
Use the Admin Log Dashboard to view, filter, export, and analyze Business Portal and Client Portal bot conversations.
When to use this feature
Use bot logs when you need to:
- Review bot conversations across companies and users.
- Filter conversations by time period, company, or client.
- Export the current filtered log view.
- Generate AI suggestions for prompt fixes or missing Business Portal bot tools.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to "Menu" → "Admin" → "Logs".

- In the "Logs" sidebar, select "Business portal bot" or "Client portal bot".
- Set the filters for the selected log type.
For "Business portal bot":
- "Time period": "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last 90 days", or "Custom range"
- "Company": "All companies" or a specific company
For "Client portal bot":
- "Time period": "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last 90 days", or "Custom range"
- "Company": "All companies" or a specific company
- "Client": "All clients" or a specific client, enabled only after selecting a company
Review the summary metrics and log table.
The table shows bot conversation messages with thread, timestamp, company, user, role, and message content.
To export logs, click "Download CSV".
The CSV includes the current filtered log view.
To analyze logs, click "Analyze" and choose an available option.
For "Business portal bot":
- "Suggest prompt fixes"
- "Suggest missing tools"
For "Client portal bot":
- "Suggest prompt fixes"
In the confirmation dialog, review the message count and click "Run analysis".
Click "Cancel" to stop before running the analysis.
Review the analysis results.
Select or deselect suggestions with the checkboxes. Click "Load more" to view more suggestions.
Choose an action for the selected suggestions.
- Click "Apply (n) suggestions" to create a new draft prompt version.
- Click "Copy (n) suggestions" to copy selected suggestions.
- For missing tool suggestions, click "Create (n) tool specs".
Notes & limitations
- The Admin Log Dashboard is available in the Admin area.
- Filters, metrics, and analysis options change based on the selected log type.
- "Client" filtering is available only for "Client portal bot" and only after selecting a company.
- "Suggest missing tools" is not available for "Client portal bot".
- "Apply (n) suggestions" does not change the active prompt. It creates a draft prompt version for review.
- Analysis results are not reopenable after the dialog is closed.
Troubleshooting
Q: I do not see the "Client" filter.
A: Select "Client portal bot", then select a specific company. The "Client" filter is disabled when "Company" is set to "All companies".
Q: I do not see "Suggest missing tools".
A: "Suggest missing tools" is available only for "Business portal bot".
Q: Why did the active prompt not change after clicking "Apply (n) suggestions"?
A: The action creates a draft prompt version. The active prompt remains unchanged until the draft is reviewed and published.
Q: Where do I review or publish the draft prompt version?

Q: Where are tool specs created after clicking "Create (n) tool specs"?
