Troubleshooting
Q: Why is the recipient asked to verify before signing or paying?
A: The Document is using "Verify on action" or "Login on action". Verification is required before protected actions.
Q: Why did the guest prompt appear only after typing a chat message?
A: For "Guest access", the guest prompt appears after the recipient writes a chat message or fills out a bug report.
Q: Can a guest recipient be changed to another role?
A: Yes. A guest recipient can be changed to "Editor" or "Viewer".
Q: Can recipients log in immediately when the Document uses "Login on action"?
A: No. Login is prompted only when the recipient takes a protected action.
Q: What happens if the login requirement is changed to a stricter option while someone is viewing the Document?
A: The recipient is logged out and must follow the updated login requirement.
