Notes & limitations
- The default date filter is "7 days".
- Filters are saved per user, per session, and per context.
- The Activity Center, Workspace sidebar, and Document activity view each keep their own filter selections.
- Some activity types are shown only when relevant to the current Workspace type.
- New activities appear at the top of the feed without refreshing.
- Opening an activity marks it as read.
- In a Workspace, the activity panel collapses one stage at a time when you click outside it or press Escape.
- On screens below 1200px, the detail panel overlays the Workspace board.
Troubleshooting
Q: I do not see "Upgrades" or "Paid" in the sidebar.
A: These activity types only appear when they are relevant to the current Workspace type.
Q: My feed is empty after applying filters.
A: The empty state shows "No [type] activities in the last [time range]." Change the activity type, member, Workspace, or date filter.
Q: Why did the unread dot disappear?
A: Activities are marked as read when you open them in the detail panel.
Q: Why did my filters not reset after leaving the page?
A: Filter selections are saved per user, per session, and per context.
