Short summary
Use the Conversion Funnel in Win flow to see how Documents move through key stages in a Workspace. You can filter by Workspace, Owner, and Date range to review counts, timing, conversion rate, and drop rate.
When to use this feature
Use this feature when you want to:
- see where Documents stop progressing
- compare stage performance over time
- review average time spent in each stage
- check conversion and drop rate between stages
Step-by-step instructions
- In the Business Portal, go to Menu → Insights → Win flow.

- Select a Workspace. This filter is required.
- Optional: select one or more names in "Owner".
- Optional: choose a value in "Date range". The default is "Last 30 Days".
- Review the funnel widgets on the page:
- "Count"
- "Proposals value"
- "AVG. Time per stage"
- "Conversion rate"
- "Drop rate"

Notes & limitations
- "Workspace" is a single-select filter and is required.
- "Owner" supports multiple selections.
- "Date range" defaults to "Last 30 Days".
- "Proposals value" is not shown for Agreement or Presentation Workspaces.
- The stage labels change by Workspace type.
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see Insights in the menu?
If you do not have access to any Workspace in the Company, "Insights" is not shown.
Why can’t I open Win pulse?
Access to "Win pulse" depends on your Company role and Workspace access. If it is not available, your account may not meet the required access rules.
Why don’t I see "Proposals value"?
"Proposals value" is hidden for Agreement and Presentation Workspaces.
Why are the stage names different in my funnel?
The funnel labels depend on the Workspace type.
