Multi-Company User Support - Switch between companies

Short summary

If your user is linked to more than one company, you can switch to another company from the Business Portal without signing in again.

When to use this feature

Use this feature when:

• you work in multiple companies with the same email address
• you need to move between company accounts during the same session
• you want to search for a company before switching

Step-by-step instructions

1. In the Business Portal, open the company switcher from the main menu.

1. In the "Switch company" dialog, review the available lists:

• "Recently accessed"
• "All companies"

1. If needed, use the "Company" search field to find a company. The search updates both lists.

1. Click the company you want to open. The selected company becomes your active company.

Notes & limitations

• This feature is available only for users associated with multiple companies.
• The current company is labeled "Current".
• Companies are sorted A-Z.
• Each company shows an avatar with its first letter.
• Search affects both "Recently accessed" and "All companies".

Troubleshooting

I cannot find the company switcher

The entry point in the Business Portal is on the main menu

I do not see the company I need

Check the "All companies" list or search in the "Company" field.

Why do I see "Current" next to a company?

It marks the company you are using now.
