Multi-Company User Support - Switch between companies

If your email is linked to more than one company, you can switch to another company from the Switch company dialog without signing in again. You can also search for a company before you switch.

Open the company switcher

1. In the Business Portal, open the main menu.
2. Select Companies.
3. In the Switch company dialog, review your company lists.

Find the company you need

The dialog has two sections:

• Recently accessed
• All companies

If you want to narrow the list, use the Company search field. Search affects both sections.

Switch to another company

1. Click the company you want to open.
2. The selected company becomes your active company.
3. The current company is labeled Current.

What to expect

• Companies are sorted A-Z.
• Each company shows an avatar with its first letter.
• The Recently accessed section shows the companies you opened most recently.
• Search updates both Recently accessed and All companies.

Common questions

Why don’t I see the company switcher?

You’ll only see it if your account is linked to multiple companies.

Why is one company marked Current?

That is the company you are using right now.

What if I can’t find a company?

Use the Company search field or check All companies.
