When you log in to the Business Portal, Proposaly shows one personalized welcome note on your default Workspace. The note appears once per session and may change based on your local day or time.

- Log in to the Business Portal.
- Wait for your default Workspace to open.
- Look for the welcome note on the page.
- Read the message. It includes your name and may reflect your local date or time.
- Click × to dismiss it.
How Smart Welcome Notes Work
The welcome note:
- appears only after a successful login
- shows on your default Workspace
- appears once per user session
- does not reappear after a page refresh in the same session
- does not reappear when switching companies in the same session
- shows only one message at a time
- personalizes the message with your name
Proposaly selects one eligible message at random.
When Different Messages Appear
Some messages are always available, and others depend on your local date or time.
Examples include:
- morning messages from 05:00–12:00
- evening messages from 18:00–02:00
- Friday messages
- weekend messages
- weekday messages from Monday to Thursday
If a time-based message is not eligible, Proposaly still shows one of the always-on messages.
Common questions
Why didn’t I see the welcome note?
It only appears once per session. If you already saw it, it will not appear again after refresh or after switching companies.
Why did the message disappear after I refreshed the page?
That is expected. Smart welcome notes are shown only once per session.
Why is the message different from last time?
Proposaly picks one eligible message at random based on your local date and time.
Where does the welcome note appear?
It appears on your default Workspace after a successful login.
