From the Top-Left Envelope Icon
Clients can also click the ✉️ envelope icon in the top-left menu. This opens a dedicated message window where they can type and send a comment or question related to the proposal.
6. Where the Business Sees the Message
All client-submitted messages appear inside your Business Portal's Activity Feed for that specific proposal. You can view, respond, and track correspondence in real-time without switching platforms.

Any replies you send from within the business portal are visible to the client in their Client Portal. The client sees them within the Activity Feed or notification area, allowing seamless two-way communication.
