3. Managing Notification Preferences
🔔 Note: Super Admins can manage team members’ notification preferences directly from the Team Management section by clicking the three-dot menu next to any user and selecting “Manage notifications.”

Access Team Management:
- Click the Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner
- Select Team Management from the dropdown - Click the three-dot menu beside a user.
- Choose Manage Notifications.
- Select notification channels:
- SMS

Webhook (if enabled)
- Choose team members (if email/SMS selected).
- Click Save to confirm.
4. Status Filter Reminder
Use the Status Filter in Team Management to sort users:
- Active
- Pending
- Paused
- All
This helps when bulk-updating or reviewing settings.
