Using Templates When Creating a New Document
Whenever you create a new document (e.g. Proposal, Presentation, or Agreement), you have two options:
- Start from Scratch – Build a new document without using a template.
- Use a Template – Select a Master Template or any previously saved Regular Template.
Choosing the right option depends on whether you need a structured format or prefer complete flexibility.
Setting Any Document as a Template
- Any document (e.g. Proposal, Presentation, or Agreement) can be saved as a template for future use.
- This can be done from the Card Menu > More Settings > Make Template or by clicking the 3 dots menu on the card itself.
- Notice: By setting a document as a template, you can later copy its pricing and recipients which makes is super easy to use.
Creating and Editing Master Templates
To modify a Master Template:
- Go to Settings > Master Templates.
- Choose which template type to edit (Proposal, Agreement, Presentation, Payment).
- Make your changes (e.g., add slides, update images, edit text).
- Click Save to apply changes across the company.
Changes to a Master Template affect all future documents created from it, ensuring consistency in proposals, agreements, and presentations.
